The normal airfare from JFK to Japan is about $2500US to 5000US depending on the class. The meeting will cost about $180US per person including lunch. The party will cost $50US. Accomodations range from $ 70 to 200 without breakfast. If you desire fine traditional Japanese cuisine it will cost approximately $150 to 200US in Kyoto.
