D.M.D., is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School of
Dentistry. A native of Birmingham, Dr. Sanderson is active throughout the greater
Birmingham Community both professionally and personally. Dr. |
| Sanderson is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and
the Alabama Dental Association, L D Pankey alumni association and other dental
organizations. He lectures throughout the community on topics such as esthetic
dentistry, dentistry in athletics, and other topics. In addition, Dr. Sanderson
works with many athletic endeavors throughout the community. He is a member of the Academy
for Sports Dentistry. Lecture on Preventive Cosmetic and Restorative
Dentistry as well as Sports Dentistry 1974-1979 Student Athletic Trainer for the
University of Alabama Athletic Department on scholarship. Member of the 1978 National
Championship Football Team for The University of Alabama. In the photo below Dr.
Sanderson, with cap, huddles as a member of that Team.Dr. Sanderson serves on a number of
committees for various community organizations. He is a member of The Church at
Brook Hills. He and his wife, Katrina, live in Hoover with their three daughters,
Sara, Emily, and Jill. |
