Wallace G. Haskett, DDS, 707 SW 24th Avenue,

Dr. Haskett was born in Holdenville, OK, and
graduated from high school there in 1969. He received his B.S. in Zoology from the
University of Oklahoma in 1973. He was was elected Phi Beta Kappa and was also a
member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Dr Haskett attended the University of
Oklahoma College of Dentistry from |
| 1973-1977. He is in
private practice in Norman, Oklahoma and is a part-time faculty member in the Department
of Oral Diagnosis. Dr. Haskett has served as President and Treasurer of the Central
District Dental Society. He is a member of the House of Delegates and the Board of
Trustees of the Oklahoma Dental Association. Since 1984 Dr. Haskett has served as the
dentist for the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department. He is a member of the Academy
for Sports Dentistry. His wife, Cathy, is an Interior Decorator. They have two sons, Bryce
and Kyle. Bryce is a freshman at the University of Oklahoma and Kyle is a sophomore at
Norman High School. |
